Hello,

Bug #911047 introduced formatting tags for alerts. However, there is no
menu with the formatting tags. E. g. in the song editor you can right
click the text field and you have a list with formatting tags in the sub
menu (see http://manual.openlp.org/_images/select_formatting.png).

Request:
Add this sub menu to the menu in the alert text field as well.
