Thanks for testing.
As you suppose the book names of the first time wizard bibles are all in English. And at the moment if you choose Application Language that means English too, because the strings aren't translated till now.
This results in always English booknames.
I think you understand everything, but in your case there is no difference between the three cases. The behaviour is similar like it is with webbibles with non English book names at the moment.
Perhaps the first time wizard are some imported osis files. Osis files contain mostly english booknames indifferent what language the bible is. It is not perfect, but the Bibles are not mission some information. They only contains some "wrong" information (that means English book names instead of native book names)
