So Book Reference could correctly be used as the Song Book?

I haven't seen the EasySlides UI, but I would argue that if this field
is labelled a "Folder" then it would more closely match our "Topics",
i.e. a user categorisation.

  Easyslides song conversion is not right

Bug description:
  When I convert a xml file with songs from one "folder"/book, the value
  for the SongBook is not correct. It uses the BookReference value
  instead of the Folder value.

  This happened on a Crunchbang Linux distro, but I think it has nothing to do with the OS ;)
