Hmm. When I edit the example EasySlide song "Abide with Me" it has in
the Book Reference field "SF2, MP4, TS2".

Now to me these are abbreviations to what I would call an OpenLP song
book, e.g. Songs of Fellowship 2. Mission Praise 4. The Source 2.

It may just be a case that we have fields that don't exactly map to each
other, and either way is right or wrong depending on how you use the
fields.

Bug description:
  When I convert a xml file with songs from one "folder"/book, the value
  for the SongBook is not correct. It uses the BookReference value
  instead of the Folder value.

  This happened on a Crunchbang Linux distro, but I think it has nothing to do with the OS ;)
