[Bug 900686] Re: Media volume slider doesn't work when using phonon backend

>I've tested it again using trunk 1918 and the volume slider still
doesn't do anything after having changed the media backend setting to
use phonon. After this, if OpenLP is restarted, then the volume slider
works as expected. (Kubuntu 11.10)

So is this now fixed or not? I have not been able to reproduce this bug.
If it still exists, please give a more detailed description on how to
reproduce this!

Title:
Media volume slider doesn't work when using phonon backend

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  OS: Kubuntu 11.10
  OpenLP: Trunk revision 1823

  Steps to reproduce:
1)First, make sure that you are using phonon to play media.
  2) Move a media item across to the service manager.
  3) Send the media item live, and start it playing
  4) Adjust the media volume slider - the sound does not change volume or mute when dragged all the way to the left

If I change the media backend to use webkit, then the media volume
  slider works as expected.
