Public bug reported:

Notes are a great feature to increase information about songs,
especially in such ways as noting "mapping" of lyric sets.

However there is not a way currently to view the notes while navigating
through Live slides.  If the Notes could be "docked" like the theme or
media manager this would add value to the existing Notes feature.

For example, allow it to be available in the View menu like other
managers.
