Title:
  No "About" section with licensing/copyright info

Status in OpenLP android series:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  As far as I can see, the OpenLP Remote app does not expose any
  licensing information in the GUI.

  Perhaps an About page, detailing the authors, license (GPLv2), and
  links to the source?
