[Bug 1045974] [NEW] Problems deleting a Bible

Public bug reported:

A new installation, on a new PC, so no history problems to cope with.

I imported a Bible from a CSV file, then realised I had used the wrong source file (this file has a number of typographical errors, but I don't think that is of no relevance to what happened next - I've also checked with a known "good" file and have the same problem.)
I attempted to delete the Bible by highlighting it in the selection window, the pressing the delete key.
A pop-up appeared warning me that deleting the Bible would remove it (which of course is what I wanted to do), and that I would have to re-import it if I wanted to use it again.
I OK'd to delete. (I also tried a bit of reverse logic, and said "no" - no change in behaviour)
Nothing happened, the Bible I wanted to delete was still there, so were the two "freebie" Bibles you include in the installation package.
I shut down OpenLP and tried a couple more times, but this did not remove the Bible.
I also tried the "red-x" button, and the right-mouse/delete, but to no avail.

Finally I did a manual deletion of the Bible file (after a bit of
digging to find where it was hidden).

I'm running Windows 7 Pro x64, on a 6 core Phenom with 12G of RAM.
