When I went to Python 2.7, I installed PyQT 4.9.

 Since then I've moved back to 4.8.4 (which is recommended on Wiki).

I have not been able to find an install for PyQT 4.7 for Python 2.7.

I have never been able to get a video to play on Windows 7 using webkit
(ever since I first started using OpenLP over a year ago.

Videos may/or may not work with webkit on Windows XP.

When I installed VLC 2.0 and had OpenLP use that, all videos work.

Bug description:
  Webkit video does not work.Windows 7.

   It appears that it was broken in 4.8.

  Maybe we should downgrade, as this is stopping replace live
  background.
