  Live view blocking desktop when disconnecting projector

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  New

Bug description:
  1. Have projector connected and show something to live screen
  2. Think of some place you need to hurry to and grab your laptop, disconnect the cable and shut the lid
  3. Open your lid again, live view greets you and is not willing to close (if you are really lucky and focus is in right place then D works and the window disappears, if you are unlucky you have to kill openlp from console)

  What we could do? If there have ever been connected more than one
  display, then remember it and if the second monitor is gone,
  automatically activate "Show desktop".
