Tim, the way it is now assumes nobody doesnt. And there is also
middlebutton emulation.

The good thing about this proposal is that it also improves usability
for people who have only one mouse button (eg poor Mac owners), you
could singleclick song and doubleclick verse from preview pane or
doubleclick it directly. Other than that without middle button they
would be just as happy as they are right now.

Bug description:
  It's just a thought, but maybe it is possible to use middleclick for preview and doubleclick for live in preview pane, live pane, service items list.
  The only bad thing is, that doubleclick in songs/images list on left pane already uses double click for preview, so it would be an exception, single click and middle click would preview, doubleclick send to live. This way nobody really would need to "relearn" it, it would be very obvious.
