Public bug reported:

I downloaded all the song examples - english/russian/german - it is
about 3-4 thousands of song. When I change lyrics by a song the whole
song list is recreated.  This causes some delay and openlp is not
responding for a second or so. With several thousands of song this delay
is already noticable.

OpenLP should refresh the whole song list only when title or author is
changed. The list should be kept untouched when just lyrics or other
items are changed.
