  OpenSong Bibles cause OpenLP to crash due to missing attriburte

Bug description:
  The VDC bible was causing OpenLP to crash because some of the chapter
  numbers were missing. See for more info:
  http://support.openlp.org/issues/1673

  Perhaps we could just increment the last number if the current
  attribute is empty?
