I've just looked at this, and it reimports songs previously downloaded

  cancel firsttime wizard without song causes song reindexing

Bug description:
  When running the firsttime wizard and canceling it without adding a
  new song causes song reindexing. I think openlp should not do that
  when there is no new song.
