After last updates of OLP VLC 2.0.4 x64 works  on Windows 7.

Bug description:
  For WIn 7 x64 Home edition  OpenLP 1.9.12 does not recognazed
  installed VLC x64 ver 2.0.4. The same is for Mac OS X 64 and VLC x64
  for mac.
