Do you mean the latest revision in trunk?

I'll check it out again when/if I get my windows 7 machine working

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  For WIn 7 x64 Home edition  OpenLP 1.9.12 does not recognazed
  installed VLC x64 ver 2.0.4. The same is for Mac OS X 64 and VLC x64
  for mac.
