Ok.
When a song is converted to a service item it has the CCLI added to the footer.
This footer is then saved with the service
When a song is moved to another computer the footer is transferred retaining the original settings.
When the song is displayed the original footer is displayed.
When a song is edited a new footer is created and then displayed.

This could also mean the CCLI disappears as computer has one and
computer does not have one set.

Bug description:
  When I open an osz made on another computer, the CCLI license in the
  settings isn't show in the song until after I "edit" each song.

  Windows 8 Pro x64, OpenLP 2.0
