This option exposes it but lets not go there.

Required Behavior (I think).

With an AutoPlay service item.
Unblanked (and friends) - plays with autoplay 
Blanked (and friends) - sits in the slide controller like current.
Now Unblank and autoplay starts automatically (new functionality) 
Now Blank and autoplay shoulds stop (is a current bug and should be fixed  you could add autoplay (programatically) to the service item so it restarts when below happens)
Now Unblank and autoplay restarts automatically (new functionality)
