Message #21048
[Bug 1201691] Re: Cannot create new formatting tag if one an existing tag uses "n" as a tag
A tag has to be valid and unique. When a tag is added it needs to be saved.
The alternative would be to delete tags if the user forgot to edit a new tag when they hit cancel this is more complex and confusing. I added a tag and it has disappeared!
Also think about it If I create two identical tags which one should
OpenLP use in it's rendering.

Title:
Cannot create new formatting tag if one an existing tag uses "n" as a
tag
Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
Incomplete
Status in OpenLP 2.0 series:

Status in OpenLP trunk series:
Incomplete
Bug description:
In 2.0.1 open the "Configure Formatting Tags" dialogue
Add or edit a new tag and set the tag field as "n"
Save it
Now click new tag and a dialogue pops up stating that "Tag 'n' is already defined"
The user should be able to create an "n" tag and still be able to
create new tags
