[Bug 1201691] [NEW] Cannot create new formatting tag if one an existing tag uses "n" as a tag

Public bug reported:

In 2.0.1 open the "Configure Formatting Tags" dialogue
Add or edit a new tag and set the tag field as "n"
Save it
Now click new tag and a dialogue pops up stating that "Tag 'n' is already defined"

The user should be able to create an "n" tag and still be able to create
new tags
