Win7 64 bit home premium, OpenLP v2.0.3

If you add an item to the Service Manager that has multiple sub-items
(custom slides that have several child slides or any song that has
multiple verses) the only way to get to the child slides is to click on
the divot next to the parent item.  It would be nice to be able to
expand these like any other tree control via use of right arrow key on
keyboard.
