Downloaded and installed Windows8.1-KB2693643-x64  and still received message "OPENLP.exe has stopped working.
What now??

Bug description:
  open LP just locks up on startup have tried Remote Server
  Administration Tools ; but they do not want to run as well. say's
  wrong operating system. Thank You Ron
