Hello,

archlinux, trunk, r2365

Single screen setup ("Display if only one screen" is enabled).

1) Start OpenLP
2) Press "D"
3) Send a song live
4) Press "D" again
5) Press ESC

RESULT:
The OpenLP logo screen is shown

EXPECTED:
The main window should be shown.
