  The Email Us page displays Access Denied if the user is not logged in

Bug description:
  On the website:
  Make sure that you are logged out.
  Click the support menu item
  Click the email page link under bullet point 4

  The page show the following text:

  "
  Access denied
  Send a message to the support team via the form below. Please note that the support system is manned in people's spare time, so a reply may take a few days.
  You are not authorized to access this page.
  "

  This could be a little confusing to the user. They could (as I first
  did) think that the page is broken.

  I understand this is probably for spam reasons, but could we instead
  display an notice saying that you need to be logged in to send a
  message? Or make the page available to non logged in users but use a
  capacha?
