1. In the Projector Manager panel, on the toolbar, there is an empty
entry at the end after Blank Projector.

2. On the 'View' menu, there is a missing space in "ProjectorManager"

3. Do we want the Projector Manager visible by default? It will only
benefit those with networked compatible projectors. (I'm a bit surprised
it isn't a plugin, but I'm sure there is a good reason for that!)
