With the "Display verses on live tool bar" checked on the song plugin
settings tab you get a combo box on the live toolbar allowing you to
change verse.

It also shows when using a bible verse or a custom item. Either we
should move the setting to a more generic tab and think about adding it
for other plugins (I only tried the image plugin) or it should only show
with the song plugin.

Finally when projecting a custom item or bible, the combo box is
unpopulated.
