  Edit button on preview toolbar disappears

Status in OpenLP - Worship Presentation Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Edit a song.

  Click "Save"

  The Edit Button/icon on the preview toolbar disappears.  The only way
  to get it back is to select another song.

  OpenLP 2.1.0 build bzr2422 (current trunk)
