  Support .sng files in WorshipCenter Pro import

Bug description:
  Songs can be stored in WorshipCenter Pro in three ways.
  * In an access database (which we have partial support for. See: bug #1225760)
  * In .sng files which appear to be loosely based on xml
  * By remote connection

  It would be good to support .sng files
