If the setting "Automatically preview next item in service" is set, when
going live on an item in the service the next item in the service list
gets highlighted. This causes some confusion to my operators who can be
momentarily unsure which item to select next.

The item that has been sent live should remain highlighted in the
service manager, rather than the one auto-previewed.
