  Double clicking item in preview adds to service instead of sending
  live

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Windows 7. OpenLP 2.1.2.

  In Advanced Settings, check 'double click to send items straight to live'.
  Preview a song. 
  Double click the preview. 
  Song is added to service instead of going live.

  Double clicking a song in the media manager goes live as expected.
