[Bug 1514129] [NEW] Remove files that no longer exist automatically

Public bug reported:

If user deletes or renames files, they should be automatically
deleted from library instead of staying there as ghost files.

Would be nice if OpenLP did this on startup or even while it is running.

If user has deleted or moved some files, it's unlikely that they wish to
use them with OpenLP anymore. Or if they do, it's easier for them to
just re-place them instead of having to remove the old files first.

** Affects: openlp
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
