I believe this has been fixed in OpenLP 2.4. Could you try to upgrade
and try it out?

  service with PDF and ODP doesn't work

Bug description:
  hi,

  If service contains pdf and odp files, the presentation control
  doesn't work. After view the odp file, there is no way to start a pdf
  file from the servicemanager. Each time is the odp file shown.

  Attached is an sample service.

  Ubuntu 14.04
  OpenLP 2.2.1
