Subject: Challenger tier.

I'm so  drained after that.  Ugh, we can never pull of  those OT games
it feels like.

Hot 3-point shooting kept us in the game, but all those free throws  by
the Thunder and the Suns' lack of  rebounding was a killer.  At  this
point, I would really  be for trading IT + whoever else and/or a draft
pick  for a quality  big.  Len is coming along  nicely, but  he  can
only do so  much.  Meanwhile, I'm tired of  Plumlee coming in and ball
watching instead of making those hustle plays like he  did last  year.

Anyway, good game OKC.  Hope  the Suns can  put the last two days behind
them  and start of the  new  year  on  another win streak.

Bug description:
  Se si crea una nota di credito, il saldo del conto 'IVA n/debito'
  risulta effettivamente diminuito, mentre il saldo del relativo conto
  imposta aumenta. Questo perchè non è stato impostato '-1' come 'tax
  code sign' (e 'base code sign') delle tax
