If you changed configuration directly in files, you may have change the 
wrong ones. In order to edit configuration parameters, you have to use 
the manager advanced window accessible through the configuration tab.

Did you used the same commands as in previous mail ? If the acks you 
mentioned are iperf ack there may be a problem with the platform.
Did you tried to ping the GW to be sure the platform is correctly 
working before using iperf commands ?
