Hello,
I am trying to configure the SCPC in openSAND following the wiki
instructions that a found here:
http://www.opensand.org/support/wiki/doku.php?id=satcom_emulation_design:dvb:scpc#configuration

however, my sand-manager (v3.1.0 on ubuntu 12.04) does not offer the option
"resource configuration"..
Is this a version inconsistency or I have to properly configure the
sand-manager in order to provide the extra parameter?
