Hi Yannis,
These instructions are for the next version that should be coming in 
December.
I can provide you a way to get nightly packages but they are built for 
ubuntu 14.04 and ubuntu 12.04 may have improper versions of some 
dependencies.
Anyway, I am not sure we will provide packages for ubuntu 12.04 on the 
next version so I recommend you to upgrade your configuration.
To install the nightly packages add this in your /etc/apt/source.list file :
  deb http://packages.net4sat.org/opensand trusty dev
