I agree, the 'duplicate' on the timeline, should probably only duplicate
the exact same title (no copy).  And selecting 'duplicate' on the
project file tree, should create a copy of the file.  That should
probably be a separate bug report.  If you want to move some code around
and fix that, it would be much appreciated.

To submit a patch, I would recommend submitting a bug for each different
issue, and then attach your patch to that bug report.  That's usually
the best way to get it included in the next version of OpenShot.

  Usability of New Title dialog

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  I'm using OpenShot 1.4.0 on Ubuntu 11.04, installed from repos.
  There are several usability issue with the new title dialog:
  1- Assuming I want to use the same font for all titles, I have to select the font for every new title.
  2- Same for color
  3- The font selected when opening the font dialog is different from the currently used font, so if I just open the font dialog then click ok the font is changed(the selected font is the first on the list).
  4- I can't search in the font listbox by typing the font name, it doesn't work.

  I'm aware that the assumption in 1 and 2 is not valid for all users
  but I'm thinking that for someone using a different font for every
  title, it won't matter if the last used font is selected by default
  but it'll be a great convenience for someone using the same font.
