I am not sure that flv is compatible with flac and it can provides/explain  this crash.

  video export crashes without codecs

  New

Bug description:
  I don't have flv codecs, but i forget that. I schose flv format and
  flac audio format. Than I pressed export button and openshot crased -
  all openshot windows closed.
