[Bug 874656] [NEW] OpenShot unsyncs .ogv video with audio, and cuts beginning of video out, on occasion.

Openshot will consistently unsync the audio and video in .ogv files i
input, and will on occasion cut the beginning of the video portion out,
when I export. This occurs on ubuntu 11.10, using the most recent
version of openshot available on the ubuntu store.
