It's not high on our priority list, and seeing as no one else has
contributed a patch, it doesn't appear to be that important to anyone
else either.

Bug description:
  An Decision List contains an ordered list of all of the edits made in
  a video. More info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edit_decision_list

  Adding support for this would hopefully mean going from one program to
  another would be much easier

  Edit Decision Lists have been discussed at length on the Kdenlive
  forum http://www.kdenlive.org/forum/professionals-video-editors-only-
