Thanks for the bug report, but I can not reproduce this behavior.
Please provide the steps needed to make this happen.  Also, MLT is
responsible for audio sync, and since MLT is not changing between 1.4.2
and 1.4.3 (in your example), I'm really puzzled why this would happen.
Maybe you should try and export the XML (File->export xml) using 1.4.2,
and then using the same project file in 1.4.3.  It would be interesting
to diff the 2 XML files, and see what's different.  Thanks!

  Audio Preview doesn't match Timeline in 1.4.3 dev

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When previewing a video during editing in the latest OpenShot 1.4.3
  development build, the audio doesn't match its location in the
  timeline.  For example, audio for an upcoming clip will begin before
  the clip has been reached in the timeline.  Exported videos are
  rendered the way they preview so the audio is not in sync.  This bug
  only seems to affect the 1.4.3 development version from the Ubuntu
  PPA.  OpenShot 1.4.2 from the stable PPA is not affected.
