When previewing a video during editing in the latest OpenShot 1.4.3
development build, the audio doesn't match its location in the timeline.
For example, audio for an upcoming clip will begin before the clip has
been reached in the timeline.  Exported videos are rendered the way they
preview so the audio is not in sync.  This bug only seems to affect the
1.4.3 development version from the Ubuntu PPA.  OpenShot 1.4.2 from the
stable PPA is not affected.
