I confirm this behaviour.
The only way when it is working is when the first part is in the good sense. And only at the end of the clip. If you cut at the beginning, all works fine. Either you got a black screen for the second clip.

  Razor tool cut wrong position on reversed video

Bug description:
  I use openshot 1.4.3 from the bazaar repositories on Ubuntu 12.04.

  When I cut a reversed track using the razor tool it treats it as if it
  was not reversed. That means when I have a reversed clip and want to
  cut at the end I have to cut at the beginning (or do cut only in
  unreversed mode).
