[Bug 1116499] [NEW] Request: Integrate LADSPA plugins into OpenShot

Public bug reported:

Problem: Currently, OpenShot has just a few simple parameters for audio
processing. Coding new ones from scratch is probably too much to ask.

Proposal: Add support for LADSPA plugins on top of the existing set.
This would allow the OpenShot user a far greater degree of control over
audio, with minimum effort by the programmer to implement and maintain
the feature. Like any of the available GNU/Linux DAW programs, OpenShot
would simply "see" all of the LADSPA plugins the user has installed.
Browsing for and adjusting the levels of these plugins would use the
exact same interface elements as existing built-in plugins.

Some of the LADSPA plugins are of dubious worth for a video editor (such
as amp emulation), but others like EQ or the ability to add a bit of
reverb would be very valuable.

The otherwise outclassed PiTiVi already has this feature, FWIW.

** Affects: openshot
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
