[Bug 1276724] [NEW] moving a video speeds up/slows down the movie

Public bug reported:

Arch: 64 bit
OS: kubuntu 14.04 alpha 2
Inst: Terminal (konsole)
Ver: 1.4.3

What is happening is that im making a movie using gangnam style audio and assorted clips.
First I guess supposed place and put video.
Then I fine-tune by placing clip a small ways forward/backward.
Then, the clip plays at perfect speed but the audio makes popping sounds from latency and the ptch changes.
I found moving the clip farther away makes lower pitch and vice-versa.
Also, i cut the clip in the movie player and place it in right area.
Almost all the time, it messes up.

still broken even after rendering.
My theory is that something is wrong with the key frames.
