[Bug 1397749] [NEW] Problem with a video clip with changed size and fade-out

Public bug reported:

At the end of a video clip that is resized, moved and video fade-out is
enabled for it, a frame or two appear as these settings were not applied
to the clip.

To reproduce:

- take a video clip, resize and move it and enable fade-out for it
- observe the screen as the video clip ends

Unfortunately, these problems are also present further in rendered
video.
