When taking a section of a video, getting a clip from it, and trying to
adjust the speed of JUST THAT CLIP, it replaces that clip with the
entire video at the speed you just specified.  As far as I can tell,
there is not a way to actually adjust the speed of a single clip without
first rendering it as its own complete video
