Public bug reported:

I have enabled and disabled the snapping feature and in either state
when I drag a new video onto the time line it will not snap or attach
itself to the end of another video.

Using Linux Mint 17.2 on a 64 bit quad core desktop. Running OpenShot
2.06 beta 3

I love this program. Keep up the good work.
