I have compared a Win 10 install of the latest OpenShot video with Ubuntu 15.1 install of the same on the same PC.
OpenShot is working very bad in Win env., not to say it does not work at all.
It is slow, interrupts and require a lot more PC power to work in Win env.

It is ok in Ubuntu 15.1 on same PC. Tested on two PC's installed with Win 10 and Ubuntu.
You need to do further dev. to make it work effective in Windows.

PC' s are HP Elitebook 8460p; 8GB; 64 bit; Win 10 and Ubuntu 15.1
ACER 105c ; 8GB;64 bit; Win 10 and Ubuntu 15.1
