  video with option slow motion leads to "INVALID" in preview and export

Bug description:
  Hi there !

  Issue:
  a video from gopro hero3 1080 60fps with the option half speed leads to "INVALID" in preview window and after exporting.
  Double speed works but no speed below normal speed. I cannot find any corresponding bug report in the internet or on the openshot launchpad or blogs.

  I use:
  openshot     1.4.0
  ubuntu         12.04 32bit
